What we do most often
Strategy and OKR implementation
Knowledge about OKRs is available everywhere today. Clients pay us for consistency: we keep the meeting rhythm and ask the hard questions until the company can keep them up on its own.
A pilot quarter with us inside, then further cycles until the company runs them itself. We start with strategy workshops, unless you already have a strategy.

Strategy and OKRs
Updating your strategy for 2027new
We check with the board which of the 2026 assumptions have held, and lay out the challenges, decisions and measures for 2027. For companies that have a strategy, or an outline of one, and want to enter the new year with one version for the whole board.
preparation and 1–2 days with the management team, scope set for your company
Workshop for decision-makers: should you go for OKRs
Six hours with the board and leaders. We show what OKRs are, how they connect to vision, mission and strategy, how to write objectives and choose metrics, and which risks to watch for in an implementation. Then your case: together we work out what an implementation could look like at your company and sketch a first structure of objectives, so that after the workshop you can decide whether to go for it. You get templates, checklists and access to our knowledge base.

Strategy workshops with the boardmost common
A strategy on one page that the whole board stands behind: mission, vision, current state, challenges, hypotheses, decisions, what you don't do, and measures. A separate service, with no obligation to implement OKRs.

OKR implementation audit with recommendations
When OKRs don't work, the problem rarely lies in the OKRs themselves. Usually it lies in the strategy, in the board's agreement, in skills or in the culture. We talk to the board, objective owners and teams, review the objectives, hypotheses and meeting rhythm, and at the end you get a report: what works, what doesn't and where to start.

Meeting productivity
Training in two parts: 4–5 hours, then 2–3 weeks to try the changes in your own meetings, and 2 hours to discuss what worked. We teach how to prepare a meeting from its goal, roles and agenda, how to run it when the conversation drifts off topic, time runs short or resistance shows up, and how to close it with a follow-up. We go through the typical kinds of meetings, from the ones that could have been an e-mail to planning and retrospectives. You get a meeting template in Mural, checklists and ready-made agendas.

Facilitating workshops and meetings
A day of practice in leading a group. We teach how to set the rules and structure of a meeting from the first minutes, how to see what is happening beneath the surface of the conversation, how to work with resistance and step in when the group stops working constructively, without taking all the responsibility on yourself. Much of the time goes to exercises and role-plays with feedback. Led by Lena Zhukova, who has taught facilitation on postgraduate programmes at the Jagiellonian University since 2019. You leave with a facilitator's checklist and templates.

You get meeting and workshop templates in Mural and Google Docs, checklists and ready-made agendas.

Board and co-owners
Contracting between co-owners
Co-owners agree openly: where the company is going, who is responsible for what, how you make decisions and what you do when you disagree. We work in a series of meetings: first with each co-owner separately, then together, until the agreements are written down and everyone signs up to them.

Contracting with a service firm
You have worked with a law firm, an agency or a supplier for years, and you still don't get along: different expectations, agreements drifting apart. We run a workshop for both companies, built on your own experience: goals, roles, the way you work and make decisions. The same workshop also works at the start of a collaboration.

AI implementation strategy for your company
We help you work out how to implement AI in the company: where to start, what to hand over to tools and how to use them every day. We start with the management team, because the example comes from the top, and a board that understands how AI works itself does not depend on one person or one department. We are testing this today in several companies.

AI Camp for founders
One day for founders from our network: we show how we implement AI ourselves, which mistakes to avoid, what it costs, who on the team will have to get into it and which models of working with AI a company can adopt. Before we meet, we make sure everyone has the tools set up (Claude Code, GitHub) and knows how to use them; that is included in the price.
