What we do with your data

1. Who the controller is

The data controller is Transformwithlena Elena Zhukova, VAT ID PL7393685196, ul. Orfeusza 30/1, 80-299 Gdańsk, Poland, operating under the OKR Poland brand. Contact about your data: hi@okrpoland.pl.

2. What data we collect and where from

Contact form: full name, e-mail address, company name (if given), message.

Newsletter sign-up (the “Strategy” and “OnePager” pages): e-mail address plus the date and IP address of the sign-up confirmation.

Visit measurement: truncated IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, source of visit. Measurement starts only after your consent.

3. Why and on what basis

Replying to your message and talking about working together: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Newsletter: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you withdraw at any time via the link in the footer of every message.

Visit statistics: your consent given in the cookie banner.

4. Who we share data with

The e-mail provider (Google Workspace), the newsletter delivery provider, the hosting provider (Hetzner, servers in Germany), the DNS and website protection provider (Cloudflare) and YouTube when embedded videos play. Each processes data on our behalf or as a separate controller under its own policy.

5. For how long

Form messages: until the matter is closed, then for the limitation period of claims.

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Statistics: according to the measurement tool's settings, no longer than 14 months.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent. An e-mail to hi@okrpoland.pl is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).

7. Cookies and measurement

The site works without cookies until you consent. After consent we store your consent settings and the identifiers of the visit measurement tool. The list of tools and cookie lifetimes is shown in the banner and here once the tool is chosen.

8. Changes

Changes are published on this page with a date. Changes material to newsletter subscribers are sent by e-mail.
