Training and workshops for teams

Your team leaves with tools it uses from the very next meeting

Four programmes for teams within one company: preparing for an OKR implementation, meeting productivity, facilitation and organising a project team. We practise on your own examples, and the templates and checklists stay with you.

When it makes sense

Four situations teams come to us with

  • „We want to implement OKRs, but we don't know where to start.”

Workshops for your company: the open workshop programme, practised on your own objectives. You leave with a plan for starting the implementation.

  • „Meetings overrun and nothing comes out of them.”

Meeting productivity: we teach how to prepare a meeting from its goal, roles and agenda, run it and close it with a follow-up.

  • „The same people always do the talking in meetings, and the rest stay silent.”

Facilitation: we teach how to see what is happening beneath the surface of the conversation, work with silence and engage the whole group.

  • „The team works towards one goal, but everyone in their own way.”

Project team: we start by contracting roles, the goal and the way you work together, then planning and monitoring tasks.

How we work

Everyone practises, not just listens

  1. 1

    Your examples

We practise on your own meetings, goals and teams: in small groups, with role-plays and feedback.

  2. 2

    Templates and checklists

After the training you keep the Mural templates, checklists and ready-made agendas.

  3. 3

    Time to try it out

In meeting productivity you put 1–2 improvements into practice between the parts, and in the second part we discuss what worked.

  4. 4

    Groups of up to 12

So that everyone has time to practise. Facilitation: 8–10 people.
