AI Camp for founders

A day after which AI at your company stops being guesswork

A small group of founders from our network: clients, friends, entrepreneurs. One room, one day. We show how we implement AI ourselves, and everyone leaves with a map of what can be done at their company.

Why a camp

Every founder has an idea of AI. Most of those ideas are wrong. Ours were too.

  1. 01

    The same problem, ours included

Founders hear about AI from everywhere: online and in private conversations. Everyone has an idea of how AI works in companies and how to implement it. In our experience, most of those ideas are wrong. Ours were too, until we started implementing AI ourselves at full throttle. We went through many phases, from doing things blindly to choosing tools and infrastructure, and all along we learned from our own mistakes.

  2. 02

The same questions in every company

A founder either starts alone, feeling their way, or hires someone and stays out of it. The questions afterwards are always the same: how to set up the infrastructure and repositories, who gets access and to what, how to build skills and roll them out to teams, how to get the team to work with it at all. There are only a few patterns. People who learn them usually say the same thing: I wish I had built it properly from the start, or talked to someone who has really implemented AI in a team, not just talked about it.

  3. 03

What we talk about at the camp

Over the last eight months our mistakes have settled into patterns, and that experience is what we share at the camp. Not as a lecture: we all talk with each other about how we see AI and what its future will be in your companies. And whether it has one at all, because a full rollout across the whole structure, where everyone is a creator, is only one of the models. There are also models based only on operators, or even only on consumers, where AI is handled by the management team or by the founder alone. A conscious decision to implement within narrow limits can be a good decision too.

  4. 04

    A path you can copy

We show the path from zero to hero that we went through ourselves, so that you can copy it at your company. And you don't just listen: you talk with each other, in good company of fellow founders.

Step 0 · Before we meet

Tools on your machine first, then the room

  1. 0.1

    A 1:1 call with Antek

Antek checks with each participant what level they are at. That way we know what to talk about at the camp, and how.

  2. 0.2

    Installation and setup

We install and configure Claude Code and GitHub on your computer.

  3. 0.3

    First contact

We make sure you know what Claude Code and GitHub are and how to use them. Not so that you work in them at the camp, but so that you can experiment on your own: before the camp, during it and after it. We know from experience that without this you would at times lose track of what we are talking about, and feel bad about it.

All of this is included in the price of the camp.

Step 2 · After the camp

You leave with a map, not a ready-made plan

After the camp you don't have a ready-made plan for implementing AI in your company, and we don't pretend you do. What you do have is an understanding built on your own examples: what AI really is, what it could be at your company and what the alternatives are. The decisions are still ahead of you, but you are no longer feeling your way: you make them consciously, you know whom to talk to about them and how, and you keep talking about it with us and with founders who are doing the same.
