How to fill it in with the board

Everyone fills it in alone
Before the meeting, without aligning, on a printout or on their own copy of the board. Differences are fine and they always show up.

You compare
Where the board speaks with one voice and where the vision drifts apart. The differences show where each of you thinks differently about the company's direction, and that is where the work starts. Don't be afraid of differences: they are the most valuable part, and talking them through gives you leverage for the future.

You decide
One version, signed by everyone. Only then do you write OKRs, and then you communicate it to the team. That one version is worked out in a sequence of structured meetings we run with clients: we have a framework for it, but I believe you can do it on your own.
