Since 2020 OKR Poland has been shaping strategies and implementing OKRs in companies from 30 to a few thousand people. We don't leave a document behind. We run the cycle of meetings, hard questions and reflection until the organisation can run it on its own.

Three things we believe in
Consistency
Knowledge about OKRs is everywhere. What's rare is a cycle that doesn't break after the second quarter. We keep it going, also when it's uncomfortable.
Implemented change, not a document
A strategy described in a deck nobody executes is a hallucination. What counts is what changed in how people work.
Our goal is to become unnecessary
We teach the organisation to run the cycle so that we are no longer needed. Our best clients see us once a quarter.
